Our specialist Property Management department is fully focused on the priorities and needs of the Landlord. This includes full marketing, tenant find and/or management whether it is a single property or a portfolio of properties.
We understand that letting your property, especially for the first time, can be a worrying experience and with this in mind our most important consideration is providing you the Landlord with the best possible service and the right tenant for your property.
We never forget that the property is your most important asset and we can confidently assure you that by instructing us to act as your Letting and Management Agents your asset will be in professional and caring hands. We aim to help our Landlord keep abreast of changes in legislation affecting property rental and provide the expertise to manage this for you.
We also now offer void & renovation management services.
Our team can look after your property when it is empty, ensuring it remains in good state of repair and safe providing you with regular reports etc. We can provide project management to oversee works to improve small projects on your behalf. This is especially useful where a property is run down and less likely to sell or rent due to its current state. We are able to secure competitive quotations from reputable contractors and oversee the works to satisifactory standards.

Competitive Rates
Our fees are competitive and start at as little as 9% and may be open to negotiation dependent on the level of Service required, value of rents and or volume of properties. Our void management fees are based on time we anticipate we will spend on your property and are tailored to meet each projects specific needs. We are particularly committed to investment Landlords and savings can be made on the smallest of portfolios.
